COMPENSATION PLANS

  • Leads via broker website, company referrals, etc.
  • 70/30 Split on first 3 leads captured/closed within a calendar year
  • 75/25 Split on next 3 leads captured/closed within the same calendar year
  • 80/20 Split on remainder of leads captured/closed within the same calendar year
  • Cap does not apply to company generated leads
  • Broker Oversight - $250/closed transaction

AGENT REFERRAL PROGRAM

Earn passive income with our agent referral program! Payment structure is dependent upon the compensation plan chosen by the referred agent. See details below.

  • Prepayment Plan - Referring agent will receive 10% ($1,400) of the referred agent's annual payment, in one lump sum, within 5 business of Top Agents' receipt of payment on their anniversary date.
  • Conventional Plan - Referring agent will receive 3.5% of the referred agent's adjusted gross commission income on each closing until referred agent's annual cap has been met. Upon referring 5 producing agents, referral income increases to 5% as long as the referring agent and at least 5 of their referred agents are affiliated with Top Agents Real Estate Company.
  • Installment Plan - Referring agent will receive 10% ($135) of the referred agent's monthly payment within 5 business days of Top Agents' receipt of payment.

In order to receive compensation for the referred agent, referring agent must first receive approval from Top Agents partners.
