Some people ask me what does "The Original JLO" mean?

The answer is that when I tell people my name "Janet Lopez" they say Oh like the Pop Star "Jennifer Lopez" ( who is known as "JLO" for short). So one day a friend said to me, "Yes but you are the Original JLO," so it stuck!
 
Born and raised in Tucson Arizona. truly a "cowgirl" at heart! My motto is that success is often more about how gracefully one manages the hurdles than how quickly one gets to the finish line!

I have been self-employed most of my working life. I owned and operated my own interior plant maintenance business for over ten years in Southern California. I also bought, built up, and sold a Mountain Man Nut & Fruit Franchise in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

I obtained my Real Estate license in April of 1995 in Klamath Falls, Oregon and worked under the ERA umbrella. I completed ERA's Top Gun Program as well as various marketing classes under ERA's program. I was consistently in the million dollar club as a top producer. I moved to Colorado Springs, CO and worked with a commercial broker for 2 years, returning to Medford, Oregon in 2002 with RE/MAX. I obtained my ABR designation in 2006. I was consistently in the top 100 agents out of 700-800 agents during 2002-2006. I am now with Top Agents Real Estate Company and providing the same quality service I always have.
