Tanya Balfour

As a native Southern Oregonian, I am very familiar with our special and unique corner of this state. My ancestors settled in the Upper Rogue in the mid 1800’s and my heritage and our way of life in Southern Oregon is a part of my soul and passion! My husband of 25 years and our two kids love to take advantage of all the fun and adventure the Rogue Valley has to offer!

I have extensive knowledge of every aspect of a real estate transaction having worked for a leading home builder and in escrow and lending over the past 30+ years. I was able to step away for a few of those years to be a stay-at-home mom,  and a person can learn many valuable life lessons during that time, especially patience and stamina!

I started my journey in the real estate field in 2012 and obtained my license in 2015. It is very important to me that my clients are comfortable in every step of the process, and communication is a top priority. I listen to my clients' wants and needs, and strive to make every transaction stress-free and easy! My clients can count on me every step of the way!
