Jaclyn Rauthe

My name is Jaclyn, and I am a licensed REALTOR® in beautiful Southern Oregon. Five years ago, I moved to Medford from my home state of Montana and quickly fell in love with everything Southern Oregon has to offer. From mountains to rivers to wineries and so much more - this place has it all.

Being a real estate professional is not my first career. I previously spent four years as a registered nurse but always felt driven to explore real estate. Even though I have left the healthcare industry, my desire to help people and be an educated advocate has not changed. My goal is to take away your stress as a buyer or seller, so you can have a positive experience making your home dreams come true. 

I love the outdoors, and my free time is spent mountain biking and hiking with my dog, skiing, painting, and exploring this place I now call home!
